Initially booked Sam for a routine boiler service. He quoted, came round on time and completed the job for me. While he was working I had a chat with him about a few heating issues I was having and he offered to have a look at them. Since then he has sorted all the issues, taking great care to avoid any mess or disruption to the house. I’d definitely recommend Sam to any locally who is in need of plumbing/heating services or advice.

Emailed Sam on Wed 10/1/24 and he replied the same day saying he would fit me in early Friday and got parts to finish Monday afternoon. He was an excellent communicator with my overflow leak and query 3 small breakages done by others; He explained them and reassured, then did a thorough job. Others just left them broken. He is so honest and trustworthy, calm, pleasant, took his shoes off when he came and left all tidy. A well trained family man.<br>

I am going back in his work schedule to have some other works done whenever he can fit me in.
